1. Purpose
Through the effective management of the design, production, acceptance, use, maintenance, repair and other processes of the mold, it is ensured that the mold can ensure product quality requirements and maintain smooth production.
2. Scope
This procedure is applicable to the management and control of all molds of the company from design and manufacture to scrapping.
3. Responsibilities
3.1 The product technology department is responsible for self-made molds, tooling drawing and drawing confirmation.
3.2 The production department is responsible for the application of mold procurement, and the global procurement is responsible for the development, outsourcing and tracking control of mold processors.
3.3 The product technology department is responsible for the storage management, account management, inbound and outbound registration of the mold warehouse, and the maintenance of the mold in the warehouse.
3.4 The product technology department and the production department are responsible for the acceptance and release of the new mold, and provide reference opinions on the production and revision of the mold.
3.5 The production department is responsible for the maintenance, repair, modification, scrapping application, etc. of the mold use and makes corresponding records.
3.6 The production manager is responsible for providing the tools required for mold maintenance and repair, and approving new mold making and mold scrapping.
